“Sometime in 2013, three individuals met to share their concept of establishing a diagnostic center in the heart of General Santos City. As their journey
began, two of the three individuals remained to pursue what is now evolving as a mission of providing full healthcare services, including in-patient
hospital services. What began as a quest for a property to build a diagnostic center turned out to be a search for a land to build a Tertiary Level 2
hospital in Brgy. Calumpang, General Santos City.

From the time of land acquisition to the first strategic planning by its founding incorporators, the vision, that is Gensan Medical Center, can only be
described as an act of God. On April 22, 2014, a few months after the acquisition of the property, GSC Medical Specialist Center Corporation became
a duly registered, stock corporation before the Securities and Exchange Commission. Gensan Medical Center is now its business style and
name, with which the Corporation shall be known.

Gensan Medical Center is envisioned to be a provider of a God-centered, world class, quality patient care, serving the healthcare needs of its
